Application for admission should be submitted on the prescribed form along with the necessary documents. The prospectus along with the admission forms will be issued by the institute authority payment Rs. 500/-after the advertisement published in the local newspapers.

✓ Marks sheet of Matriculation (SSC/TSC)-Science Technical examination from relevant
Board.
✓ Domicile Certificate of Applicant/Father's (including Candidate Name and Permanent
Resident Certificate.
✓ Migration Certificate Original & photocopy (after Admission)
✓ Undertaking on court Stamp Paper
✓ College/School Leaving Certificate.
✓ Matriculation Certificate Showing Date of Birth.
✓ Ten Photographs recently taken and duly attested.
✓ Age Relaxation Certificate (if applicable)
✓ Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if applicable)
Note: Submit Admission Form along with two copies of all documents attested by a Ghazzated officer.
